JPMORGAN Asset Management has revamped its UK OEIC pricing structure in the wake of the FSAs Retail Distribution Review.
The company has revealed it will fix the other and administrative expenses on it’s A shares across its entire UK OEIC range at 18 basis points per annum regardless of asset class, to ensure investors have a better idea of total expenses before they invest in a fund. The changes, bought in following the company’s first charging review in over ten years, are a move away from retrospective fixing of expenses and the subsequent confusion for investors as to what is being included in total expenses.
