Skandia adds Causer and Read fund to UK Fixed Interest Blend

Skandia UK Fixed Interest Blend has invested £12m in the Invesco Perpetual Corporate Bond fund run by Paul Causer and Paul Read.

Ryan Hughes, senior fund manager at Skandia Investment Group, says Skandia selected Causer and Read's fund based on the over 40 years' fund management experience of the management pair and the complementary style their fund will bring to the UK Fixed Interest Blend fund. The Invesco Perpetual fund aims for a high level of overall return, with relative security of capital. It invests primarily in fixed interest securities which may include transferable securities, money market instruments, warrants, collective investment schemes, deposits and other permitted investments and transactions. ...
