Adviser sales team boost at Santander

SANTANDER Private Banking UK has restructured its sales and marketing team in order to provide a stronger service focus for IFAs and other professional intermediaries.

Andy Pennie has been appointed director of marketing. He was previously head of sales development at James Hay and will report to Alvaro Morales, head of Santander Private Banking UK. Meanwhile, Damien Conway will become national sales director for James Hay. He was previously regional sales director with the business, covering the North. Kevin Garforth remains head of sales for Cater Allen, where he will be responsible for all volume and income drivers for the bank.
