Just Retirement has appointed ex-Sesame chief Patrick Gale as its new chief operating officer and a main board director.
Gale left his position as chief executive of Sesame Group in December 2007, when he assisted its owners, Misys, in the sale and subsequent transition of the company to Friends Provident. In his new role, Gale will have a critical role managing Just Retirement's day-to-day operations and will have specific responsibility for the marketing, distribution and information technology functions.
