Greystone acquires Midlands-based wealth manager Roger Harris & Co

Greystone Financial Services Ltd has acquired Roger Harris & Co, a Leicestershire-based wealth management firm with client base of some 140 investors and client assets of approximately £70.9m ($140m).

Greystone is the UK partner of Focus Financial Partners, the US wealth management firm founded in 2006 by Rudy Adolf, which is set on establishing the first global network of independent wealth management firms. Focus provides its partner firms with marketing, compliance, acquisition support, and human resources services. London and Manchester based Greystone offers financial planning, advisory and wealth management services to 5,000 high net worth individuals and corporations and advises on over $1.6bn of client assets.
