Principal launches global property portfolio

The company’s Global Property Securities fund is part of Principal Global Investors Funds, an umbrella portfolio. It will use the firm’s global research platform to give it an investment edge when selecting stocks. The platform works by using stock selection evaluation tools, including data from highly specialised independent researchers and a data management and screening framework to create a real time ranking of property securities around the world.
