Mott reveals strategy for latest venture

BILL Mott is assuming a thematic investment style of fund management in his first fund management venture since leaving Credit Suisse.

The equity income manager, whose PSigma Income fund is being launched on Monday (March 19), has assured IFAs he would be running it in a similar way to his Credit Suisse funds. The retail income fund, which will see Mott focus on spotting inflection points at market levels, will be the first product offered by PSigma Asset Management, headed by former Credit Suisse retail managing director Ian Chimes.
