Mike Felton, manager of the M&G UK Select fund, has temporarily stepped down from his role due to ill health.

Felton is likely to return early next year, with deputy manager Garfield Kiff taking over running of the fund during his absence. Kiff, who also runs M&G UK Growth, has been a member of the UK equity team since February 2000 and has worked closely with Felton since he joined the company in early 2005.
