Premier launches Protected Property Plan

PREMIER Asset Management has launched Protected Property Plan, a capital protected product that is linked to the returns of Alex Ross' Pan European Property Share fund.

The group said that an original investment in the new plan will remain fully protected, provided the investment is held until maturity. The product has a six year term until 5 July 2013, when capital is returned in full plus any capital growth in the underlying fund. Premier Pan European Property Share fund was launched in July 2005 and, according to data from Financial Express, had returned 60pc to the end of April 2007.
