AXA has launched a training programme for advisers, in a bid to close the perceived 'protection gap'.
The project is being run in association with sales training and development experts, Chisenhale Consulting, to determine the impact that protection-led training can have on key partners. The pilot scheme will see teams from seven networks undergo module-based protection training over the next two months, with the objective of increasing their competence and understanding of protection discussions.
