Skandia opens up three US funds to UK investors

Skandia Investment Group is to launch three US equity funds into the UK market.

The funds are Skandia US All Cap Value, managed by Mario Gabelli at GAMCO Investors; US Captial Growth, managed by Thomas Marsico at Marsico Capital Management; and US Large Cap Value, managed by Bill Priest and David Pearl at Epoch Investment Partners. These vehicles, which are still subject to approval from the FSA and the Irish regulator IFSRA, already have a combined £450m under management from investors outside of the UK and are expected to be launched in the autumn. They will be managed by Skandia Global Funds (SGF) and have previously only been available to investors in Skandia'...
