Tritax launches Polish property fund

A NEW vehicle which invests in commercial and residential property markets in Poland and pays an annual income has been launched by property investment specialists Tritax Securities.

The Tritax Polska No.1 fund has been launched to provide investors with access to opportunities in Poland ahead of the country’s expected acceptance into the EU in five years time. It offers exposure to a range of properties around the country, including offices, industrial sites, and retail and residential buildings.
