Barclays unveils FTSE 100 SP range

BARCLAYS has rolled out a new range of structured products linked to the FTSE 100 which variously mature after three, five or six years.

Among the range is the Six-Year FTSE Super Tracker offering six times the rise in the FTSE up to a maximum of 72pc. It is subject to final year averaging and capital will be repaid in full unless the index falls by more than 50pc from its starting level and fails to recover by the maturity date. There is also a six-year Minimum Return Plan offering either a 28pc return or 50pc of any rise in the FTSE, whichever is higher. The Five-Year Protected FTSE Plan offers 120pc of any growth in the FTSE 100 over the term of the plan. It offers an early payment option which, if selected at the p...
