GARTMORE has expanded its global equities team, with the appointment of a new investment analyst.
Hamish Chamberlayne, who joins from PricewaterhouseCoopers, will report to the firm’s head of global equities, Neil Rogan, and will be responsible for investigating investment ideas received from the team. Chamberlayne, who worked as an audit senior, covering a number of sectors including technology, energy and communications in his last role, will also generate his own ideas and research to be used by Rogan, who heads the Gartmore Global Focus fund.
