AWD Chase de Vere bids to double IFA sales team

AWD Chase de Vere has launched a recruitment strategy to deliver significant growth in its adviser sales force over the next five years.

The new approach has already delivered results, with 24 advisers having joined AWD during Q1 2008. Mike Kirsch, AWD's UK group CEO, said: "We have set out a clear ambition to become the UK's leading 'whole of market' Independent Financial Adviser. This vision demands that we recruit the best IFAs to deal with the most sophisticated clients in the country and we intend to build our adviser base from circa 190 today to over 400 advisers by 2012."
