MORE than two-thirds of advisers are predicting increased SIPP sales in the next 12 months, a survey has revealed.
The data, put together by London-based financial services provider MetLife, also showed 28pc of the 100 IFAs surveyed thought SIPP business would increase by more than 20pc on the previous year. When quizzed about the prospects for their business over the next year, 68pc of advisers said they believed their SIPP sales would increase. In terms of average sizes for single premium SIPP business, 47pc of advisers expected the average single premium SIPP will be at least £40,000 with as many as 26pc forecasting the average single SIPP premium to be in excess of £100,000.
