Investec rolls out first income plan

Investec Structured Products has launched its second range of structured plans, including its first income plan.

The FTSE 100 and RPI Combination plan has a five-year term and allocates the initial investment between deposits and medium-term notes in a tax-efficient way. It delivers a yearly payment equivalent of 7.25pc of the initial investment and is fully indexed to UK inflation (RPI), regardless of the FTSE 100 performance. All funds are available until 22 August. Investec's income plan, the FTSE 100 and RPI Combination plan, offers a return equal to the initial investment, provided the FTSE 100 does not fall by more than 50pc during the investment period.
