Holland begins second stint as FSA complaints chief

SIR Anthony Holland has been reappointed as the Financial Services Authority's (FSA) independent complaints commissioner.

His second spell in the role sees him continuing to take responsibility for investigating complaints made against the FSA, as well playing a key role in ensuring the FSA’s accountability under the Financial Services and Markets Act. The complaints arrangements cover complaints made against the FSA by firms, consumers and other stakeholders. Holland’s remit includes the power to investigate allegations of mistakes and lack of care, unreasonable delay, unprofessional behaviour, bias and lack of integrity.
