Holland begins second stint as FSA complaints chief

His second spell in the role sees him continuing to take responsibility for investigating complaints made against the FSA, as well playing a key role in ensuring the FSA’s accountability under the Financial Services and Markets Act. The complaints arrangements cover complaints made against the FSA by firms, consumers and other stakeholders.
