WEBLINE, the portal service which is part of the Capita Group, has begun testing its new upselling quotation capability, ‘Term Additions'.
The new service, which is expected to be available for the retail market in around six months, aims to enable advisers to provide a single quote request without the inconvenience of re-keying information. This means if an IFA requests a standard joint life term quotation, the adviser will receive comparison quotations for the joint life policy, the costs of two individual life policies, and the difference in monthly premiums of these two options.
