Stenham launches third UK focused property fund

STENHAM has launched its third UK focused property fund to be listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

The Sterling denominated vehicle has a core focus of acquiring UK commercial property, with the initial equity expected to exceed £50m. Stenham has in recent years found value in UK property hard to come by, preferring to concentrate on Germany, Switzerland and Japan.
