THE old saying that ‘the only thing in life that is constant is change’ is never more true than in the financial services industry. I can’t think of any period in the last 20 years when shifting attitudes and regulatory focuses have not acted to fine-tune, amend and refocus the environment in which we work. Today is no different; change continues.
