AIFA has published a set of TCF Management Information (MI) documents aimed at assisting firms with a number of aspects of the new regulation.
The documents include a methodology setting out how to consider both a firms existing and required MI under TCF, how to analyse and relate the MI to the FSA's six consumer outcomes and two pen portraits which represent examples of two firms' real life interpretation of the FSA MI requirements. Chris Cummings, director general of AIFA, said: "We have worked closely with the FSA in producing this information.
