A leading IFA has raised concerns aggressive sales targets set by life companies for their staff are jeopardising service

FOLLOWING concerns that life companies are setting aggressive sales targets for their staff which may jeopardise service levels for IFAs, a total of 76pc of advisers said they have witnessed no positive change from broker consultants. Some 22pc said there has been a small amount of positive change and only 2pc said they have witnessed a large improvement.
