PROVIDERS believe the Department for Work and Pensions' summary of responses to the governments White Paper consultation failed to address some key areas.
James Purnell, the minister of state for pensions reform, said in a speech last week that the government was committed to researching different delivery models for Personal Accounts and revealed a wide range of design criteria had been looked at. However, experts said vital points regarding means testing and other aspects had been missed out.
