Matrix launches Asian REIT and infrastructure fund

The company’s Asian Property Income fund invests directly in ARA Strategic Capital’s ARA Asian Asset Income fund, an offshore absolute return vehicle domiciled in Bermuda. Matrix’s fund is the only UK-based offering to have access to ARA’s product, which aims to achieve an annual dividend yield of between 7pc and 8pc by purchasing shares in real estate investment trusts, infrastructure and utility securities in the region.
