THE majority of IFAs are not anticipating a last minute ISA rush this year, according to research from Resolution Asset Management (RAM).
According to Resolution’s ongoing research among IFA groups, only a third of IFAs questioned (36pc) say they are expecting their clients to pile into ISAs before the end of the tax year. In a damning verdict on the UK’s flagship investment vehicle, a further 62pc of those questioned believe sales will remain flat. The survey results, compiled before the recent global stock sell-off, follow a pattern of poor investor responses to ISAs in recent times.
