NU adds property fund to offshore range

NORWICH Union has added the Norwich European Property fund to its offshore bond range.

The fund, which is already available on the provider’s Premier Portfolio open architecture bond, is now available to new sterling and euro investors through the International Core Funds and International Investment bonds. Norwich Union said European Property allows customers to invest in a diversified property portfolio of office, industrial and retail, across the European Economic Area and Switzerland, excluding the UK.
