AIFA director general Chris Cummings is to join management consultancy Telos Solutions as a non-executive director.
Cummings said he was impressed with Telos' work during the production of AIFA's Manifesto for Advice. He said the new role would add depth to the trade association's work, and enable him to better serve members as he will be working through the same practical business decisions as those who run their own firms. Brian Wood, chief executive officer of Telos, said Cummings experience and reputation in the IFA sector makes him ideally placed to add value to the business going forward.
