For panellist and eVestor head of advisory services Hayley Millhouse, transparency of fees is a simple matter. She says if advisers are confident in their proposition there should be no need to hide behind complex charging structures. "Anybody who is taking out a financial service or a product should be able to know what they are paying and what value they are going to get for that," she argues.
