From 1 October this year, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) replaced its Online Applications and Notifications system (ONA) with the snappier titled, Connect, for most applications and notifications. The new system was launched following feedback from ONA users and functionality has been improved in a number of ways to increase efficiency.
