Resolution property manager departs

clock

Sandy Thomson, manager of the £717m ResolutionAsset Property unit trust, has left the firm.

He will be replaced by head of property John Wilson who ran the fund since launch in 2004 until Thomson took over around 18 months ago. Wilson then oversaw the management of the unit trust. Resolution has been rationalising a number of assets within its property portfolios recently which will make it easier for Wilson to take on direct management of another portfolio.
