Ian Millward and Toby Strauss are to head up a forthcoming national IFA firm with a range of tax wrappers allowing it to sidestep the need to do business with life offices. The company, believed to be an offshoot of private client firm John Scott & Partners, will have its own range of Pep, Isa, Sipp, Ssas and bond wrappers. This wrap service approach will be targeted at high-end clients in a similar way to a bespoke discretionary management service.
