Investors should look beyond UK property for strong returns

Investors seeking strong returns from property should look outside the UK and focus on opportunities in Sweden, according to Perspective Financial Management.

The IFA firm has launched EPH Sverige, a Jersey-listed, regulated property investment fund, providing what it calls a "stable" asset-backed investment opportunity designed to deliver steady income. The fund targets well-located and pre-let residential properties in Sweden. The portfolios will offer net yields ranging from 5% to 8%, comprise between 20 and 200 residential units and may also contain elements of commercial property.
