International private medical insurer InterGlobal is to offer its health plans in Vietnam.
The products will be marketed through a link-up with Vietnamese insurer BaoViet, and will mainly be aimed at foreign nationals and corporations in Vietnam, rather than at the local national market. BaoViet-InterGlobal will operate through offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The joint venture is InterGlobal’s fifth in Asia, following link-ups in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and China.
