Royal London 360° has hired Joe Kelly as business development manager for Europe and Mark Croucher as regional sales consultant in the Middle East.
Prior to joining the firm, Kelly was regional director for Europe at Royal Skandia for over 13 years.
He will be responsible for developing non-EU distribution for Royal London 360° as well as Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme (QROPS) opportunities plus other trust and company structures relevant to the offshore bond market.
Kelly says: "Apart from with profits distribution for its parent company in Germany, European markets are a relatively new focus for Royal London 360°".
Meanwhile, Dubai-based Croucher will build new relationships to expand the company's presence in the Middle East which is a key area focus for the business.
Croucher has recently worked for a global IFA in South Africa, a product provider in West Africa and understands the challenges faced by international IFAs seeking product providers.
