VAM launches euro share class of its property fund

VAM Funds has launched a euro share class of its property fund.

The vehicle, managed by Sagitta Asset Management invests 20% of the product in non-UK property funds, with the remainder being in UK funds. Funds in the portfolio include the Hercules trust, the Merrill Lynch Property fund, the Threadneedle Property unit trust and the UBS Triton Property. The product already has a dollar and a euro share class. Since launch more than three years ago, the fund has an annual return of 13.8%. The minimum investment is $25,000. The annual management charge is 2.5%.
