Credo launches third commercial property fund

Wealth management firm Credo has launched its third commercial property fund for private investors (Fund III).

The fund will target opportunities in the UK and Europe and is expected to grow to hold £150m in property assets. It is due to float on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange during October 2007. Minimum investment is £35,000 and the fund will provide semi-annual returns. The fund, which is expected to realise an internal rate of return in excess of 12%, will have a life of five years with a potential two-year extension.
