According to new research from Medicare International, 70% of clients think that international health insurance offers good value for money, while about 95% of clients said that it was vital for their peace of mind.
65% of brokers said that back office administration was more important than price alone and well being checks were considered the biggest single omission from facilities available in an international health policy.
The research also revealed an increasing proportion of clients are asking for war cover. Nearly a third of clients questioned said they would not consider a policy if it did not provide some level of war cover.
