Offshore law firm Ogier has refreshed its group management team and appointed Nick Kershaw as group chief executive officer.
He was previously managing partner of the firm's Jersey legal business and joined Ogier in 1993 from Clifford Chance, becoming a partner in 1997.
Clive Chaplin has been promoted to non-executive group chairman after heading Ogier Jersey's Business Trust and Law group.
Helen Bunbury will continue her role as group chief operating officer.
"Ogier has doubled in size over the past five years as a result of pursuing a highly focused client-driven strategy," says Kershaw.
The firm has a presence in Cayman, Guernsey, Jersey and the British Virgin Islands.
