Liontrust Asset Management is set to launch a UK hedge fund that will be managed by Jeremy Lang, as well as expand its range of long-only funds.
The Liontrust Absolute Return hedge fund, which was also managed by Lang, closed two years ago.
Lang has since been working on a new strategy with Gary West and James Inglis-Jones, who joined from Polar Capital in 2006. The long-only funds are expected to include the launch of Asia, Japan and global equity funds.
The increase in minimum AE contributions has had little impact on opt-out rates - with cessations after April increasing by less than two percentage points, data from The Pensions Regulator (TPR) shows.
