PolicyPlus has added a dollar share class to its Endowment Growth Fund (EGF) "because of the need for flexibility in today's market," according to the company
EGF invests in traditional with-profits endowment policies with the objective of providing medium to long-term capital growth, combined with low risk and volatility. It does not invest in unitised with-profits, so investors are protected against MVAs.
Graham Cottingham, investment director and fund manager at PolicyPlus, said: "The underlying Tep investments in EGF carry guarantees greater than the share price plus all future premiums. EGF is well placed to provide solid low risk growth."
