Guernsey firm Ozannes opens Jersey office

Ozannes, one of Guernsey's longest established law firms, has opened an office in Jersey. This marks the first Guernsey law firm to make the move across the water. The new office is headed by recently appointed partner Marcus Stone. The office will initially concentrate on advising on the establishment of investment funds, securitisation structures, corporate banking, structured finance transactions, trusts and other areas of corporate and commercial work.
