WestAM has raised $180m in commitments in the first closing round of its COREplus Private Equity Partners Fund. The fund is targeting a total of $500m in commitments and a second round is due to close in the late autumn. The fund will invest across the full spectrum of US private equity markets including venture capital, middle and late stage financing, buyouts and structured finance.
