Yorkshire Guernsey has appointed Rachel Court as a non-executive chairman. Court will work closely with vice-chairman Carol Goodwin to form a closer link between Yorkshire Guernsey and its parent, Yorkshire Building Society (YBS), as well as assess the bank's strategy and help to facilitate and service its needs within the offshore market. Court is currently human resources general manager at YBS.
