Old Mutual Asset Management (Omam) has recruited a European team to launch a European equity long/short fund. The team is headed by Graeme Gilchrist, who was a founding partner at Cambrian Capital Management. He will be supported by Graham Forster who was previously a fund manager at Deutsche Asset Management and Dorothee Deck who was a European equity analyst at US multi-strategy hedge fund Carlson Capital.
