HSBC Bank International has launched a slew of tranches in its capital secured growth range, which aims to provide exposure to the UK, Hong Kong, Japan, Europe and eurozone property markets.
The five products will be available until 13 December. The Japan Market Movement Fund, linked to the Nikkei 225 Index, has a three-year term and offers investors 70% of the growth of the index.
The Hong Kong Growth Fund is linked to the Hang Seng Index and will deliver 50% of any growth in the stock market. For investors who want exposure to the European property market, HSBC has launched the Eurozone Property Index Income Fund.
Dan Massey, head of global funds and investments at HSBC Bank International, said: "We are offering our customers the opportunity to invest in a property-linked fund as an alternative to equity-linked investments."
