Franklin Templeton is looking at launching a Middle Eastern fund to capitalise on the region's potential. The group's star manager Mark Mobius said it would be wrong to launch individual country portfolios for the region at this stage in their development. Among the countries he sees investment opportunities are Iran and Iraq.
