International property group Prestige is looking to expand its sales network across the UK. The Dublin-based group plans to up its presence in the UK market by targeting advisers, wealth managers, estate agents and property investment clubs as potential distribution partners. Paul Coghlan, chairman of Prestige, said distribution partners would have access to Prestige's marketing and sales support when building overseas property investment portfolios as well as exclusive properties in Europe.
