The Royal Bank of Scotland International (RBS International) has entered into an agreement with South Africa's FirstRand Bank, to open a representative office in South Africa. The deal facilitates the introduction of clients through the FirstRand Bank divisions of FNB Private Clients and RMB Private Bank, which have a requirement for offshore banking facilities.
