Nordea Alternative Investment is launching Luxembourg versions of three of its hedge fund range on 2 May: a derivatives fund, a fixed-income arbitrage fund and a European long/short fund. The subscription period for the three funds begins on 1 April and runs through to the launch of the products. There is no lock-up period. Nordea claims that the Sicav II structure they have used will give the investor greater fiscal transparency.
